I am excited about this.

I wish I had a time machine.

I just hope the Grandroids have some instinct so they don't end up not eating because they don't realise that food = not hungry :P

I'm pretty sure that actually used to happen to norns in creatures.

Yep it did

Though back in original creatures I REALLY took care of my Norns. It wasn't until Creatures 3 where I could actually leave them alone for a second and not worry about them dying horrific deaths.

Though the first creatures was all about hard core babysitting.

I suspect this is the unstated goal of the project.

Well, the forums are up now and there are a hell of a lotta professionals up in there.  Made me feel rather inadequate really, until I remembered how awesome I am.

This sounds promising. To be honest, I've never played any of the creatures games but I've heard people talk about them in a good way lots of times.

Hes got some lab notes posted, something on brain theory, and the start of the API/biology he intends.
There is a also a blog of thoughts about AI, the game and other things.. also a developer diary that really only just got started.

The exact details i shall leave to your imagination for not backing it :p

...actually their isn't that much exact details yet. There is lots of stubs, and places where hes planning to expand rather then "tons" of content. No reason to doubt him though.

Edit:
Actually his entire website is licenced under creative commons, so that anyone that can see it, can actually use it in any way he likes, including posting it word for word on this forum... but.. i dont think we will really want to... especially when he urges us not to do that sort of thing with it. [theres a post on the grandoids forum about it [creative commons topic]

Edit2: rather then post again, i'm a Guru btw. And have have full access to the site.
