Immigrants and Invaders

It's my understanding that immigrants and invaders look more at the amount of wealth gained in a given season than the total amount of wealth. Does this take "lost" wealth into account? If I melt a bunch of high-value armor and dump a crapload of bee hives, will it affect immigrants?

Immigrants, dunno, but invaders definitely look at your total created wealth, including Titan/FB.
