I don't have tactical shooting (for some reason... ) but I do have high-tech and pulp guns, but I haven't read through them.  I'll allow 'high tech' and 'pulp guns' , but it might make it more complicated so please use the other books if necessary.

Mostly it's just that those books contain stats for more real world weapons (pulp guns specifically from the 20s through 40s) compared to the basic set, and accessories like speed loaders, scopes, and rifle slings.

Was trying to find the WWII book, and I noticed it's not amrked as a 4the dition boon on SJGames.  So... are we going to be playing 3rd edition or 4th edition?

No, just have a quick flick through the lite rulebook, it's mostly pictures.

The WW2 books are unusual, they are technically 3e but are perfectly fine with 4th edition. I've played around with the books a bit and haven't come across any problem so far. If any do come up then it's a simple case of porting that specific bit of the book into 4e.
