It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

We're already in one.

Find fellow Clan Ook Gah! cavemen.
They don't wan't to speak to you, its Noontime, and Lunch is in-progress.

You wonder, why you're wearing this Loincloth. All it does is slow down your lightning-stick swinging because you have to keep pulling it up. You take it off and eat it, then go eat lunch with everyone else in Clan Ook Gah!

After eating, you remeember that you needed to find a rival stick-wielder.
You go out into the surroundings, and then sit in the meeting grounds for a season. Eventually another tribe comes, challenges you to a fight for control of the meeting grounds, and you go home, to get ready for the duel the next week when they return.

The prehistoric wolves are the size of bears! Clan Ook Gah flees in terror!
(I'm pretty sure there weren't giant wolves then, but it sounded like a cool idea)
