That's just the name. Actual positions limited to a single gender... well, aren't. You can have male barons and female baronesses because it's the same position, just renamed, but the princess and queen positions are meant to be female only, and the tags for limiting that don't work.

The elven civ I am currently trading with is called "The Shark of Death"  I think that's kind of badass.
