Poisoned. It depends on how bad either of them are (assume neither of them are fatal), but i think that the side effects of the poison (probably) wouldn't last as long as the stab wound.

Would you rather have to eat a pound of cheese for every meal the rest of your life, or weigh 85 pounds more (of pure fat) that you cannot ever lose
