As a dane who has studied many points of view of ragnarok, this could be very very detailed discussion about weird nuances of translating Old norse and hypothesis' of the meaning of multiple artifacts. Suffice to say I don't believe it belongs here and most common belief is it haven't happened and Balder spends his time in Hel :b

I want to go out a hero. Giving myself up as a hostage to replace someone else would be acceptable. Or pushing someone out of the way of a bus.

Heroic or something would be nice, but chances are slim.

As such, I hope that, at some point in life, I can draw a line, and say, "There, now, it's finished for me. Everybody go on, there is nothing to see here.", and then I'd let myself be euthanized.
