As long as WorldEdit is updated, Commandbook should be fine as long as its updated as well, which I'm not sure of.
No idea how to use towny, though.

Lucky you got me! I have tons of experience with towny, Head's server used it, I had to set up towns and expand borders constantly.

Yeah. I got an experimental one set up on the second floor of Tinker Town. One side for pushing buttons to vote, another side for votecount and reset.

WorldEdit, CommandBook, MoveCraft - upped.

EDIT: I'm looking at remotetoolkit - but the inherent problem here is that it is for bukkit 1185, quite beyond the recommended bukkit build 1067 we're on.

Alkyon - I also dropboxed most of the server files before I realised our problem. Constant changes to the world map file reloads and syncs the regions constantly- which is bad. So while it is theoretically possible to run straight out of dropbox, it is not advised.

EDIT2: Whoever is doing the southern explorations by heading straight south needs to quit soon or we'll have to implement world borders. We shot over 600 meg world files and we're barely getting started.

Towny would be a bugger to use at first, and I'm worried about how restricting it could be on TT's growth, but sure, we might as well give it a whirl. It'll be fun to mess around with the ole townie commands again.

So, world edit then, I guess that means I can- Whadda ya mean I can't use the wand? Bah.

EDIT: I've managed to make nanoth's slow elevator even more compact, I'll be using one or two of those to make the second floor.

Using 1067? The MC 1.8-compatible one is 1185, and even though its neat we have a working 1.8 bukkit with 1067, everything is going to eventually update to that, and its easier to find things using the RB numbers anyway.
