Try using a vanilla server and see if that gets through.

Ok, forget the small server, apparently my 2 GB and 667 MHz of RAM isn't enough, ugh, and I know nothing of the server program, so, I am stressed

RAM is counted in GB, not MHz, Projeck. MHz is the CPU measurement.
You can PM me if you need help with some part of it, though.

RAM does have a bus speed of which one of those is 667MHz.  :P

Ok, I've removed ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING except the minecraft_server.jar, the ops file, the ban list (probably empty, but kept anyway) and server.properties

If it still does not work...GRAH. HUZZAH!
