A wild announcement appears!

With some prompting from me, Aklyon's planning to put up his Minecraft server later today or tomorrow. Anyone can join - within the limit of players on the server, of course.

The purpose is to play a new-ish map called The Survival Games, based on the book/movie The Hunger Games.

Players are set in a large arena(estimated at 500x500) and have to fight to the death using various weapons and items found around the arena and given to them by dead players and/or the host.

This post will be edited with more specific times when I get them from Aklyon, so keep an eye on the thread if you're interested.

Also, an announcement on the Lyoncraft Steam group will be made when the server's going up. I'm going to try and persuade ExKirby to make a DFC group announcement, too.

This is happening tomorrow(22nd) instead of today because [REDACTED]. Hope to see people there!

No. We'll have Commandbook for its /rules (and its lightning command, since tnt cannons can be rather quiet on big maps like this), though.

It's.. *sigh* It's not really as big of a deal, now that I've calmed down. Sorry about all this, I tend to get worked up when I get accused of things and I can overreact as a result, instead of dealing with it calmly.

Really would've worked better with no mods though. Kirby and baneling sugested it and /rules was kinda helpful though, even without Permissions updated enough to actually make use of commandbook properly.

I know that this is a triple post, but this is my thread, AVWW updated to 1.1 Official, and it has a lot of new stuff (and tweaks), I like it, and I can host the server for it still, so there you go. A Valley Without Wind MP is up, lyoncraft.dyndns.org, port 32322.
