We could do that, the French armies are a long way from Russia and the British are absolutely demolishing the French fleet, so yeah we could sit around and see.

Jun. 1806

Russia forms a protectorate of Denmark GRRRRRRRRRR I suggest we join France and invade the bastards. The Russian army has had several defeats in the west against France, so I believe we could conquer Denmark before they come. Norway would be easy, however The Danish fleet should be rated formidable.
I have fitted all our ships with extra guns than usual(+10% damage) but it would be a close fight should we need to fight their navy, victory would not be guaranteed.

Also the Russian Baltic fleet is of equal danger.

If we declared war, the best course of action would be to invade Copenhagen straight away with our fleet covering the landing. Then after we take the Danish capitol we withdraw back to the mainland and take Norway.
After that we can either Finish off the Danish or protect our borders(primarily Finland) from any Russian attack.

All being said, this wouldn't be a very honorable thing to do, BUT THE BEAR STOLE OUR PORRIDGE!

Also I think now could be a good time to send Mainiac to Pommerania area of north Germany, try and either coup us some allys/vassal, or charm some.

*also, I think we got a feudal draft of cavalry in Finland, it couldn't have come at a better time.

-Mainiac is sent to France to win them over to our side.
-We make a trade agreement with England for 20 money for 7 lumber, this is a good deal.
-France signes a protectorate pact with Tunisia and the Papacy
-Our people are miffed at our feudal reforms, sparking a large moral loss.
-Britain buys wool of us for money, wine and food.
-Our moral has dropped to -300 due to reforms, but moral rises at least 50 a month, and reforms have stopped. We should be ok soon.

If it makes you feel better, you're doing a good job, in under a year the French will be our best buddies 

However score wise they are doing very bad. And soon it will be spying time!

August 1807

-Britain subsidized us 60 money, much needed money, but we will not be swayed by their trinkets.
-Prussia buys wool from us for 6 money, a reasonable trade.
-France is beginning to come back from defeats, Russia is getting mauled.

Sept.

-New banks are being set up all over Sweden, this is an attempt by the government to raise income.
-Our people are happy again finally.
-The army has been stood down due to peace, it will need a few months to become ready once we need them again.

Oct.

-Russia offers us a trade of food for some of our luxuries, we overproduce these so we accept. This is a good temporary deal(we want food to raise population).

Nov.

-The Russian ambassador is spewing bile about our government(lowering moral slightly), how dare they!
-4 more 4th rate ships are being built to increase the size of our navy. And use some of the resources we have ammassed.
-France, Spain and Prussia have signed an alliance in the treaty of Pest.
-A privateer is being built in Stockholm, lets raise some revenue!

Dec

-Britain and France buy more of our wool(for some reason we had a boom in wool production). Trade makes alot of income, so we accept.
-Britain wants us to share our supply depots with them, and them with us.
It is not beneficial to us, we wont accept.
-Britain subsidies us 60 money, they clearly want to keep us friends. As long as they don't oppose our plans for Russia, that will remain so.


1808

April

-We can upgrade our navy, we can:
increase the marines on our ship(better boarding)
our port artillery are supplied with incendiary rounds more likely to set fire to attacking ships should a port be attacked. Which shall we do?
-Our economy is booming due to trade, we use some money to begin to befriend France and Spain.
-France continues to win battles on land and sea, they have really upped their game, but there is a long way to go to recoup their losses navally yet.


Two more Generals have spawned, our army has good leadership now, more than enough commanders, and quality ones too.

July

-Spain wants a protection pact; that we will declare war on their enemies for a year, and us on theirs. Shall we?

Upgrades

Also we can upgrade:

Speed of supply caissons(wagons)
or
Irregular cavalry upgrade(we dont use these)
or
Artillery drivers(faster arty movement) <--- sounds good to me.
or
Independant command(Generals command radius +1 and charge bonus for general in the unit doubled) <--- also sounds good due to our two divisions of levy cavalry.

*Also we need a new name for our new 4th rate ship.

Update

-The French are indifferent to us, Mainiac continues his kissing up serious negotiations.
-The score of France has risen from -700 to -300 over the last year, they are on the return.
-Britain remains the worlds most glorious nation.
