I've got a save that shows up on the continue map, but then stops cold at the Loading phase, possibly freezing the computer (I'm running in parralels on a macbook and haven't found a reasonable way to ctrl-alt-dlt, but I got no response from anything I tried to do, and ended up restarting.  I've got a save from about a third of a season before that works fine.  Anyone have tips or should I just email the save to Toady or what?

i got one today too - my windows crashed during save and now i get 'inflate error: -3' when i try to load it

this was my first game and i started it... say... not too well so no big deal  

can you, please, add an auto-backup for the save games?

Are you using the most recent version?  This sounds like an issue people were having with older versions -- caused by the object definition of cheese, no less.

As for auto-backup, it's already on the list. =)

GJ, I can take a look at the region#.sav + region# folder it you like.  e, the inflate errors happen when the saving process fails completely.  There are still a few instances of this that I'm working on.  Auto-saves on to-do.
