Ironically there's really only one underage character, and she's not even in any games (well her and PC-98 Alice. Dunno of she still counts though. Oh, and Chiyuri.)

I have problems with touhou. I will start playing and about 15 minutes later, wonder why I feel so hungry. Then I look up and realise I have been playing for four days straight. Also, after four days on touhou, I see bullets when I close my eyes.

12.3 and 10.5 for the fighting games (what this thread's about).
For the shooters, different people recommend different things, I say start with 2 (emulator required, eh, whatever), 7, or 12.
There's also 12.5 and the other one, which are photography games.
You take pictures of the boss to defeat her.
