Okay.

I have about half a dozen hives all producing jelly and honeycomb.
I have a couple of beekeepers working hard on the hives.
I have three screw pumps for pressing comb into a wax cake and honey.
I have glazed jugs for honey collection.
I have glazed pots.

I cannot brew mead.

When I look in the kitchen section of the z interface, there is "honey bee honey" in the list.  But it does not have a "brew" option for me to allow/disallow.

What the hell?  Is this a bug, or is honey not yet completely finished?  Do I need to process the honey in some way before I can brew it?
