Somehow, I cannot help but think that Costa Rica may be regretting this whole "get rid of our millitary" thing. I mean, sharing a border with Nicaragua, I'm suprised they're still with us.

Yeah, that's why they redirected the river.  But why do it through Costa Rican land?

And to be fair, Costa Rica has lasted 60 years without an army...
