Okay. I have several more ideas.
I was thinking about different systems of movement we could use. I thought about drawing borders depending on how well you roll, then other ideas, but division works the best. "why no divisions in my country?", You ask? well...
*gulp*
You're going to draw your own border.
we'll go down the list of players. the first person will download the map, draw his borders, then upload it for the next person to use.
Points-
15 points per turn for your home territory. 10 points per turn for all others.
Combat-
okay, so let's say I attack squeaky reaper. Well, he currently has an A-0 walker there.
My unit-
Crazy bob
HP- 5
ATK- 5
DF- 5
SPC- N/A
PV- 1
Reaper's unit-
A-0 Walker
HP: 30
AT: 20
DF: 20
SPC: None.
PV: 5
Since crazy bob attacked first, he gets first hit. He attacks the walker, but the walker soaks up all of the damage.
Walker attacks crazy bob.
20-5 = 15
However, his attack does slightly degrade the armor.
DEGREDATION-
5 attack points take away 1 defense point. To fix this, you need a mechanic type unit.
So, bob's HP decreases by 15. Since he only has 5 hp, he is no more than a blot on the ground.
Things that will be worked out in the epoch of smoothing-
savagery-
So, the lowest savagery level is 1, the highest is 5. meaning...
If Reaper tries to move a mob into an Neutral territory and capture it, and the savagery level is 3, and he rolls a 2, then he is beaten back with minor damage.
If reaper tries to move a walker into a Neutral area and the savagery level is 5, the only way to capture it is to roll a 6.
So, the higher the savagery level, the harder it is to conquer.
EDIT:
Unit creating.
Okay, so let's say Reaper really needs a stronger land unit than his walker. He was thinking a tank.
TANK OF WIN, he shall call it.
"Well", he says, " I want the Tank to have a medium Hp"
TANK OF WIN-
HP- 20
"And a high attack"
ATK- 15
"And a high defense"
DF- 15
"it's special is Called WIN, which allows it to gain 5 defense and 5 attack poits for the turn, while it costs 2 PV."
SPC- WIN
"Okay. It's a very strong thing. How much should it cost?"
BASIC RULE OF THUMB-
Take the HP and subtract the ATK from it. That should give you a good point value.
"BUT WAIT" Says reaper, " THAT NUMBER IS PREPOSTEROUSLY LOW"
So offset it.
BASIC RULE OF THUMB #2
Offset it.
If you don't think that a number doesn't quite fit, don't worry. I'll look at it and be angry at you for godmodding, and nag you to change the PV.
