While Objecticon are used for many tasks, the majority of which are mundane, they are most useful to Adventurers as means to attack and defend themselves.
Wild Battles
A Wild Battle is catagorized here as any battle against an Objecticon or Animal that does not have a Trainer or User. In a Wild Battle, there are no rules or restraints to protect you or your objecticon. Wild Battles usually end when one party flees, or is incapacitated/killed. These are theoretically the most dangerous battles, although most wild animals are weaker than those properly trained.
Standard Battles
A Standard Battle is a battle between two or more Adventurers, and has only loosely defined rules. Generaly aggreed upon rules include not killing opponent's Objecticon, or severely injuring the opponent themselves.
Battles between Trainers are easier to decide, as the Objecticon can be returned to there cube at any time without further injury.
Battles between Users are harder to determine, as one or more parties may not admit defeat, even when obviously beaten.
Battles between Adventurers may have some sort of reward at stake, but this is between each individual.
Contest and Tournament Battles
Official Tournaments and Contests vary in individual rules and regulations, but universal rules include the safety of the participants.
Almost all have large rewards, though some are for prestige and recognition only.
Boss Battles
Boss Battles are, like Standard Battles, mostly unregulated. The Boss makes their own rules, and decide what criteria are needed to earn their Boss Pin. Inside the Fight Clubs, Dojos, and other places that house them, they make the rules.
Some Boss' give other rewards in addition to Boss Pins, but this is up tp the Boss' discretion.
Non-Adventurer Battles
Note: The actions depicted in this section are not endorsed or recommended by the Objecticon Adventurer's League.
Sometimes, it is necessary to defend one's self from attackers. If these people truly mean to hurt you, you have only yourself and your friends to rely on.
Criminal organizations, like everyone, use Objecticon to further their goals. Criminals may use altered Objectibelts or bracers to give themselves an unfair advantage, and will in general work to undermine any semblance of fairness or respect for Objecticon Battles.
Unlike any other battle, these are against opponents who are not only aiming to hurt or kill you, but will also be using Objecticon equal to an Adventurer's, far stronger that those normally found in the wild.
