[38a]Non existant stream

Synopsis: All tiles that don't contain another infinite water source are occupied by a stream that doesn't exist physicaly on the map. This includes mountains and normal areas alike. I think it also covers oceans but i didn't check yet.

Ive noticed streams that should empty into an ocean spontaniously ending before it gets to the ocean square as well.  

Sometimes there is a river there, but it starts and ends within a couple local tiles and dosn't come anywhere near the edge of the map.

Maybe the stream runs under the mountain.
