Malignus Maximus: Attempt to lock on. If successful, straight forward at cruising speed and pour the lances into the Dominion. If Unsuccesfull, do not attempt re-roll, forward at cruising speed, turn to port and pour lances onto whatever's in the arc and broadsides at whatever's in range. If the batteries don't have any ships in range. Well, guess they're shooting at the torps.

Damnator Squadron: Two bottom units ahead at max normal speed, lined abreast, and top one turn to port before making the same maneuver. Trying to get them out of the line of ordinance coming at them, but not in front of each other so they have clear shots to push torpedoes into the Justicar's Path. During the Firing Phase, launch torpedoes and concentrated battery fire at whatever's in range, hopefully the Justicar.

Killfrenzy: Scream "KILLFRENZY" repeatedly into the vox as he moves forward, ending his movement just behind the escorts before volleying fire into whatever they're shooting.




Also, I assume this isn't the Lunar with Nova Cannons, as I do not see that on your list.
This is also ass-tons harder to figure out what to do as I'm not at the table, and guessing ranges is piss hard as well.

Range at the moment is around 90 cm. And I decided against Nova Cannons as you don't have any frame of reference for guessing ranges.

Bonus points for the Killfrenzy. As soon as we get shooting, I'll start writing flavour text. Picture should be coming soon!

As I understand the rules, you can shoot through other ships as much as you want (with guns/lances at least) - the reason being that the vertical spacing isn't modeled, and your ships can be miles above or below each other with clear lines of fire.

Aye, Pies has it right, which is why I do NOT want to get in front of my own torpedoes.

Edit: Also, the FAQ might be good reading for everyone, just have to find the bloody thing..after I go to sleep...

Booted up VASSAL and hey, awesome, I do indeed have the BFG module. Pity it only has the 4 main races, but that's what counts as is for. Perhaps we could start an online league/campaign?
