Symmetry , a survival/management game is free for a bit more than a day on GoG.
Toyed a bit with it, there are some good ideas and some replay value with randomized starting crew and the concept has some nice potential with characters sometime telling their thoughts about what is happening.
but i'm no fan of the interface as you can't just switch directly to a character, you have to move the current camera view all the way to where one of the guys is in order to give him command.
There's also a problem i found more serious, your crew will work themselves to death and have no individual decisions ability, i mean you sent a guy cut some "wood" in order to keep the base radiator working , if you don't check him from time to time, he's going to get tired or hungry (at least there's a small font in the lower right part of the screen message *whatshisname feels bad" or something like that) but if you are focused on something else , by the time you move the camera to the character , there are chances you'll just find his corpse because the character is unable to go eat or rest by himself.
Oh and they walk so slow so when you have important task they should do NOW, don't expect them to survive
