Set up defencive positions.
[4] You manage to put up a small trench where you can lay down inside without being detected.
Hold up for the other teams; keep careful watch.
[3] You carefully wait for the other teams to get to youre position, you do not notice any enemy movements.
Follow Taricus's Squad, try to keep low
[4] You move behind Taricus Squad covering them while they dig the small trench (+1 Defense)
Call HQ for latest scout plane reports on enemy strength.
[5] You recieve the latest reports scouting 1 Tank, 4 Troops transporters and arround 40 Soldiers in the village.

Well you know scouts, they count only a quarter of the enemy, but double it when they make a report...

Also, out of the trenches guys! That's how France got conquered by the Fritz.

move toward and scout the enemy in the village

Continue towards the village as well; look for an abandoned homestead or other structure along our advance that could be used as a field hospital.

And I'm back!

Set up in a clear field of fire at the village. Put up sandbags around my position.

As it turns out, the pen was in fact a poor choice for melee combat in comparison to the sword.
So I just started playing this game and I accidentally nuked the moon.
