He can be balanced by setting him earlier in the comic timeline where he has less power if necessary. It is also worth noting that alot of his bigger attacks are highly situational. If I recall correctly he had to rescue some sort of Angel/Valkyrie type goddess before he could pull that attack off. Damn its been a long time since I read that in its entirety.

Leon vs. Big Daddy

The Battlefield -
They stand on opposing sides of a New York City in ruins. Many buildings still stand, but some were destroyed by the ravages of time. The many streets are avenues of attack for both sides. Neither having the upperhand they must use there wits and weaponry to fight and destroy the other. Who will survive ? We will decide this now.

A big daddy ain't no squishy zombie. However, I don't know a thing about RE, so I don't know how much firepower Leon has. Most likely not enough, unless he's smart enough to use the surroundings to his advantage.

He has a rocket launcher, tommy gun, mine launcher, grenades, matilda, and many other guns. Yes, this is a fair fight

In Bioshock, a normal tommy gun does pitiful amounts of damage to a Big Daddy. That said, Bioshock's guns are very old models, and Leon probably has access to armor piercing rounds, which would be much more effective.

Question: What model of Big Daddy is this?

It's not really a question of weapons here (well it kinda is), it's defense. Jack from Biosock was as tough as nails, Leon would die really fast from a rivet shot or a punch from the Big Daddy.

But he is very quick and agile, a Big Daddy only moves fast when its pissed

It is bound to become pissed unless Leon can finish it with one hit though. And Leon really isn't that tough so a couple hits at most would bring him down.

abated, ANYTHING the big daddy hits (splicers) usually goes down in two hits.
