Now that the town is secured, take 3 survivors to search through the whole town carefully, looking for building supplies, weapons and ammo, food and water, chemicals I can use and whatever looks interesting/useful.

You have hand axes it would take more than two, and a half hours to make planks with a hand axe.

Search/patrol the mines for any usefull equipment, if I don't find any collect metal shards for ammo.
