Search for a pair of log tongs, grab an axe and start chopping down more logs.  Have some civilians help haul them to the town center with the tongs.

Those things allow 4 people to carry enormous logs with much less effort.

Take 3 survivors with me and search nearby buildings for tools, weapons and materials that we can use for barricading. Take these to the boarded off part of town.

Do you think that we should barricade the church? The bell tower could make a good lookout and sniping tower if it has one.

Hunt down the zombies in the mines with a small group of armed survivors, we should be very carefull and aim to draw out the zombies before entering combat- not splitting up and wandering off into the deepest part of the mines.

Be careful guys, we can't afford to loose any people right now. I dont think we even have any spare weapons right now anyway.

The date is long forgotten here in the remains of the world. It happened on the day of April 16, 2098, the apocalypse began. It was an experiment broke free, just one of those creatures caused this. Now, you must survive, and thrive for all mankind.

The Survivors arrive outside the mining town of Grey Mountain. Looking around you see a mine, several houses, and 2 grocery stores. You are in a valley surronded by trees to the south and north and cliff faces to the east and west, and your truck has broke down. Now you must establish protection from the zombies, a stable food supply, a supply of clean water, and a good thriving city for survivors to come to and live. You are one of the last hopes of mankind do us proud

Inventory:

30 cans of corn
100 bottles of water
6 scavengers pistolsTruck ( brocken )
25 Sheets of metal
50 4x4
2 axes
6 crates of MREs ( each crate has 30 )
[/spoiler]
the church seems fine but later i want the mine or the zombies will probably gather in it.

I personally think the mine would make a good defensive position, then again, it could make a retreat hard if we end up trapped there... We may need to dig a sally-port or plant exsplosives outside in case of emergencies if we take that route.
