Can I be Kemper? Kemper is my last name in real life. No joke.

The goal of this game is dual: you must fight gloriously, and you must live. If your regiment/battery surrenders YOU HAVE LOST.
If you retreat, you are alive but wont be party to the glory.
So here are the scores:

3-You stand and fought
2-You fell back but maintained your army
1-You surrendered/destroyed/died.

For lantham you currently have a choice, Evans is facing 3 times his number, you are attached to his division. You can stand and fight, or retreat.
Also, do you fire now, at range. Or do you wait until the Federals come close and react fire?

Note that Bee, Bartow and Jacksons divisions are marching north to reinforce you.

Stuart can do whatever he wants at this time.

Squires artillery can stay with the east flank attached to Longstreets division, or limber the guns and drag them down the road west to reinforce the endangered flank.

Kempers artillery has opened fire on a group of cavalry ahead of the Union east flank army.

We didn't sign up for any of this running around lark, we'll stay where we are and give them a taste of good Southern Cannon.

2/Lantham arty has opened fire on Burnsides division, inflicting approximately 20 casualties.
Evans division has recalled its skirmishers and is preparing for the enemy to charge the hill he occupies.
Bee and Bartow have formed a line along the crest of Mathews Hill hill to Evans right.
Jackson deploys in a column and marches north to reinforce Evans, Bee and Bartow.

At the East flank a cavalryman named Radford made the first cavalry charge of the war, driving Union cavalry from the woods north of Longstreet's position.
Longstreet leads the way as the East flank advances towards the Union positions. Ewell is marching his forces to the far right flank up the Eastern road to Centreville.

I've done the NPC actions, waiting on:

Wait what? How does a 20 year old get grounded?

In any event, um, where is my artillery stationed? What's the range?

@pwn, you are just out of range of Union forces. The cavalry were in range because they were ahead. But it would probably be best if you got dragged to the west flank, not much will happen in the east.
