EDIT: Avoid the pressure plate and green button thingy

Race up the stairs, open the chest furthest away and claim it's contents.

Grey: Go through door. If obviously locked, go for chest/barrel thing on second floor instead, avoiding pressure plate on first stair.

There currently aren't any weapons around. You could look in one of the chests for one though.

Open any random chest, making sure you dodge the stair trap.

Then, throw an empty chest on the stair trap.

Run up the stairs, avoid all traps and open all remaining chests to claim the contents. Then, run down and press the green button, if it opens the door, run through, dodge all traps, kill all monsters and take all loot.
