1 Request can I have 3 squadrons of drones

Sorry Commander, the fleet doesn't have any drones available. You'll have to co-ordinate with the Squadron Leaders if you need support. Just remember the main priority is to keep the Duke of Venus safe. If we lose her, we'll have to pull out of this sector.

Squad Bios!
Now there is a damn good idea.
Up until you lose half your roster and continually have to create new ones with more backstories that won't go anywhere because they'll be dead in a mission. :P

We have to cooperate with the others?! Pfft! I'll make sure to send my rooks then.

Men & women of the 7th Carrier Fleet,

This is Commodore Dwyre speaking. Moments ago, we executed a FTL jump to the Virgo system to pursue a suspected enemy UFC fleet that has been engaging in attacks on our mining fleets. We know they are located in system, and their numbers are more than likely comparable to our own. To all Ship Commanders and Squadron Leaders: Prepare a mission schedule for the first eight hours and report to me. Main objectives should be scouting missions to ascertain the location and composition of the enemy fleet as well as setting up patrol and escort of the main fleet. Please come to me if you have any questions or concerns.

Okay turn one is underway!

Please feel free to post mission you would like your ship or Squadron to undertake. See the rules for a list of available missions. When assigning a fighter mission, please be sure to include the pilot's number for my sake :) Or if you want to post their full roster that would help too, I think.
example:
6 (Bat)(N)(LF)(0)(R)
7 (Cat)(R)(LF)(1)(R)
Will go on a scouting mission

10 (Jim)(N)(HF)(0)(R)
12 (Slim)(N)(HF)(0)(R)
Will escort <insert capital ship here>

1 (Red 1)(V)(BM)(5)(R)
2 (Red 2)(R)(BM)(1)(R)
3 (Red 3)(V)(FB)(5)(R)
4 (Red 4)(R)(FB)(1)(R)
5 (Red 5)(R)(HF)(1)(R)
6 (Red 6)(N)(HF)(0)(R)
Will attack <insert known enemy capital ship here>

Capital Ship commanders will have an easier time as they only have the one vessel to control. But they don't have t worry about fatigue as it's expected they have a large enough crew to rate responsibility every 8 hours.

A quick note:

While there is nothing stopping you from sending out every single fighter this turn, remember that pilots will become fatigued, so you might want to save about half unless there's a desperate situation.

Captain Jones here. The Nereid will move away from the fleet and probe enemy strength, trying to get them to respond and then retreating instead of fighting.

A broadcast to the crew of the Revenge: We enter alarmstatus yellow, all crewman get to their posts and make ready for possible battles or actions. For many of you this is the first fight, as you come right from the academie, dont be nervous, do your job or ill throw you out the airlock personally, without clothes of course, well need those. *A little bit of laughter is heard from the officers behind and the whole ship seems to be atleast smirking* Back to the main cause: Maybe well die, the chance is slow, wish the fighter pilots out there a good luck and again: get ready, Captain Duncan out.
TransCOMM to the Duke of Venus:
Revenge is ready to strike, sir. We will cover the fighter crews if needed in fight, or take any order you need.

Just to be clear on the scouting mission, you're sending the 4 together? Or do you want the them to be two separate missions?

Sounder standing by. You guys find me those enemy ships, then I'll get to losing them for good.

My bombers will standby and stay fresh for an eventual bombing run.

My heavy fighters will escort the carrier in two half turn shifts to avoid fatigue.

My fighter-bombers will scout for our mining fleet and check in on their status.

Orders by Roster number:
