War Dogs

Hello,

I have 3 squads for my militia.  All members of the squads are assigned a war dog.

I have two burrows.  One is out front used for my militia, the other is inside used for my civilians.

When I switch my alert to PANIC, my army goes to the defend burrows out front and all my civilians AND animals go to the safe zone.

How do I keep my war dogs with their militia owners???

It's possible that animals obey the restrictions of blanket "Civilian" burrow orders in the military screen, whereas if you individually designated all civilians to this burrow and all troops to defend you should be fine.  I'm not sure though, this might be a bug with assigning burrows.

Actually you could use this to good effect to keep pets from getting killed in Danger rooms. You might have discovered the cure for one of the Danger Rooms problems, which is unintentional :SCIENCE:, but still good

Did you try a burrow for your civilians and just stationing your militia?
