I recommend drinking and smoking. Both are social activities that both make you feel good, and result in friendly human contact, which is necessary for a human mind to function properly. Sure, there are health risks associated with each, but those are long term and extremely minor compared to losing your fucking mind in an extremely agonizing fashion, which is what happens when you don't deal with other people on a regular basis.

You might hate the people you're around, but remember that you need them, so just smile and act nice. Manipulate others to work to your advantage, don't sit in a corner hating everything and crying.
