Wait, you want me to kill who?

So, I went to a castle and got a quest to kill a troll. Not just any troll, though.

I'm not sure I should, Toady might be upset. He might get so upset, that he will stop updating Dwarf Fortress.

How can you possibly play a game like this, hang around these forums, and be against the mass murder of virtual things.

Does this apply to those things you perceive as evil, or only then in game form?

Does this apply to mindless things like zombies, or, again, only in a video game/virtual setting?

Does this also apply to other medias? (Movies. Or books, mostly, as that's a far more important question.)

That idea has far too many holes in it for me to pass up the opportunity to exploit them. : ( Which is to say, it has holes that I can see.

I'm for the mass murder of wrong reasoning. Much like my love of torturing virtual entities.
