From the evidence gathered, i can say that the bar we are in is KaguroDraven's bar :

"spends most of his time working in a bar"

This indicates that he should be working in a bar, not inside a bar out in the middle of fucking nowhere

"enter the club you're in, trying to extort the owner"

Indicates that we are all in a Bar, and since KaguroDraven is a Bar-owner, he would be the owner, not that guy sitting around in a chair

And besides, why would a bar owner go to some random bar for a drink when he already has his own bar?

Also, how would you handle the healing for krogan? considering that their wounds close up fast and they'll regenerate if they get put down, they would of been OP if there isn't some kind of limiter or something

They'll get a roll when it comes to an injury, and they also have to roll to see if they go insane.
