Mmm, not really worth it I'd say. Just one mission with only Shepard, and the only research you get is Heavy Weapon Ammo, Medigel upgrade, and another Heavy Skin Weave. I may also be bitter since I blew getting two out of three of the achievements. <.< On the other hand I'm pretty sure that it sets up the beginning of ME3 exactly. If you want I'll tell you what it is so you can save $7.00/560 MS points, but in case you don't want to hear it I won't include it in this post.

Reapers come to alpha relay, shepard drops asteroid into it to destroy it. said relay happens to be a batarian colony.

I think I got that right, though corrections are welcomed.

That's basically the mission, yeah, but it's the conversation afterwards with Hackett that sets up ME3. Like how in this one it's Miranda and Jacob being all like "do you remember such-and-such."

It's a good point but the ME3 trailers state the Reapers are attacking Earth, so that's where Shepard's going to coincidentally be. :3 Hopefully it's better than Halo 2's 'OMG the covenant attacked Earth... for like 1 level' crap.
