(38c) Caravan starting in an inaccessible spot.

I apologize in advance if a similar bug as already been reported, I didn't see it in the few searches I did.

Well, the first caravan of my new fort has arrived, and I'm getting all excited to trade +microcline mug+'s and whatnot in exchange for food (which I'm rather low on). I've already made my depot, and pressing 'D' tells me it's accessible, at least from the bottom and left parts of the map.

What does the caravan do? Why, spawn on an inaccessible ledge on the north side of the map, of course! It's not a major problem, as I can just re-build the stairway that I had made earlier, but it's a bit of a head-scratcher.

The only modification I've made to raws was an attempt to make hematite more common (which failed), so that isn't the problem.

The caravan seems to start somewhere that has access (by foot) to where your wagon started, not to where your trade depot is.  Which makes a smidgen of sense.
