Yup, I just know some people were a little iffy about it being more available than it already was. Plus I'm a bit lazy and want it all given to me instead of going to look for it. :P

If you send a probe to a place where there are already probes the empires owning those probes get a message saying that you probed that star.

Its announced to whoever has a prob in the starsystem you probe.
No one really cares much about probes though I would say, they just let you see the area...
