And, uhhh, I was wrong about my comment 5 posts ago. Sorry.

It's all good, if you need a hand with it just send me a PM.

Also, my venture into the field of interactive maps my not be entirely fruitless. I dusted of my copy of maptools and have been toying with it to see if it has the capabilities I need. It's looking promising.

Tarran Smith

"'Overworking is detrimental to your health'. AI, would you please have some goddamn sense and realise that absolutely no-one can survive 372 days of continuous work without going insane or die?" Tarran says to the AI while bobbing his head to the left and right.

"I'm with you, Dom. I'd suggest getting your Abassy out and also keeping your smoke grenade ready in case they lay down heavy weapons in the hall or they charge us suddenly." Tarran says, wielding his Jormungandr. He then realizes he has 3 Chimera pistols and he isn't three-handed. He drops the two unloaded ones.

You vent a bit of frustration at the disembodied voice, but no response comes back to you. Not so much an AI then, just a standard action and reaction program. Grimacing at the calm and deliberate insanity of the machine you strip off your excess weaponry and pull your assault rifle to your shoulder as you clear the corridor with Dom.

---

Dominique Wakeman

"What, are you guys blind or somethin'?" Dom asked. "I can see just fine too." They WERE all walking very carefully, like they couldn't see anything... except Tarran, who insisted on throwing clips around and calling them faces. Maybe it was some rebel thing, she didn't know anything about it after all. It didn't seem like there was any danger at the moment as they took the left turn, but that was no reason to drop her guard... especially when Taric managed to open a door with the keycard he had found. "I'll go first. Boss, you cover me, OK?" she said, then entered and kept her eyes to the right, on the doors.

Odd though it was to be able to see when most of the others couldn't you aren't one to look a gift horse in the mouth. Your brain sidetracks for a moment to wonder what that even means, you've never even heard of anyone who ever got a gift horse... You shake your head after a moment, hell, it didn't matter where the damn saying came from right now you just need to shoot anything that moved and wasn't one of the team.

The corridor however ends as abruptly as you first believed, it's featureless on the north wall but has four sets of doors on the opposite side. The doors have a simple press handle and no visible external locking mechanism, they don't look as if they were ever powered so as long as they aren't locked from the inside you should be able to open one easily.

---

Ashley Fey

"How are you guys able to see so well? is it something to do with your freaky mind powers, but if so why is it only you and Tarran who can dom?" After this question Ash keeps her boys in rearguard but readies her Leanishae and stands next to the door, prepapairing to give Dom cover fire if neccisary

You leave Jordan and Harry behind as you carefully advance to the front, as your shoulder clips the edge of the door that Dom and Tarran went through you finally give voice to your question about how the hell Tarran is able to lead them anywhere. After a brief exchange with Dominique it's revealed that they almost as little information on it as you do.

Brilliant. You've got Mission impossible to go and kill the insane progenitor of your kind, who you get to by way of a labyrinthine facility that seems to be infested with anomalous biosuit wearing gunmen, but wait, there's more! You also get to do it with the surprise assistance of a mostly insane group of 'psychics' who appear to have no clue what they themselves are capable of.

And you're not even getting paid for this shit.

---

Taric Sizier

"Ah. So these guys only got suited last year then? Nice to know that they'll have modern weaponry." Enter the room.

You unfeelingly note one of the potential benefits of these people getting iced relatively close to the present, Tarran however seems to feel there's something wrong with your observation though. Pansy. [Intuition 1] You flail pretty blindly at the part of the hall where Tarran said there was a door, you miss wildly and jam your pointer finger while you grope the wall. You designate a new pointer finger on the spot and use it liberally.

---

James Evan

Go down the hall, searching the doors and stuff.

Grumbling about Tarran's poor planning skills you check the first door on the right, [Intuition 6] you don't really see much sense in there being an ambush waiting behind it, after all they had no idea you were coming -To the best of your knowledge- and even if they did get ambushes seated already you find it unlikely that they'd put one in a random room in a corridor that has to be unlocked with a keycard that you might find. Shrugging you squeeze the handle and push the door delicately aside while Taric swears vigorously off to your left.

The darkness of the room isn't quite complete, you can see small red and green indicator lights farther in, though they illuminate nothing. Groping around to your left and right you hands grasp around something that you don't quite believe at first. You move your hands over it quickly, praying that it has a reserve cell and not just a circuit to facility power. After a long moment of groping you find the switch and press it in, and the light explodes into brilliance.  [End 2] Unfortunately you had your eyes open while you worked, and your dilated pupils are blinded by the sudden transition from full dark to looking directly into a light. Staggering you cry out and press your palms into your eyes and blunder back into a cabinet, drawing Tarran, Ash, and Dom back to the commotion.

(Dazzled, Affected as if Half blind for 2 turns.)

"Shit," Dom cursed under her breath as James yelled out. "Hold on, we're coming!" she yelled, running into the room he had opened and quickly sweeping it for hostiles. If there were any, they had already vanished, and she lowered the rifle. "You all right dude?" she asked, putting a hand on James's shoulder to steady him. "Thought for sure you were a goner, man." Sure that he was going to be all right, she investigated the room for ammo, keycards, armor, a computer terminal, anything that might prove useful... although if she found a terminal she would point it out to Taric rather than fool with it herself. He had said he was a hacker way back when they first arrived on this planet... moon... thing, after all, so he'd do better with it than she would.

"Whoa, who found the disco room?" Tarran said jokingly, sarcastically, and semi-seriously.

Tarran gently shoved James out of his way and carefully entered the room, avoiding looking directly at the light, only looking at the lit sections of the room until his eyes adjusted. See what's going on in this funky room.

Also, it's been a while and, are the other three doors locked, are they unlocked, or have we no idea?

Unknown to most but the insane and the mystics, Tarran is actually Earth itself, as Earth is sentient like that planet in Avatar. Originally Earth used names such as Terra on the internet, but to protect it's identity it changed letters, now becoming the Tarran you know today.

Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

I think they're unlocked. Powder's opened easily and all the rest are the same type, with a press handle. Just assuming, but I'm certain that's correct. ^^;

Did I mention this gun fires mini-nukes?

And I locked all the doors?

And sent us into space, towards the sun?

Yeah.

Also, I missed this edit:

Not really sure. I think everything but the Abassy, Basilisk (outdated non-PMG image from me, will be updated sometime), Chimera, Dybbuk, Ichneumon (outdated non-PMG image, will update), Jormungandr (outdated non-PMG image, will update), Kapre, Laelaps (outdated non-PMG image, will update), Leanashe (outdated non-PMG image, will update), Piru, Wolfkin, and Sleipnir are not done yet.
