Dominique WakemanDom dropped the unconscious Immortal and looked over towards Harry and Ashley were fighting the last one standing. Right. I'll break that bastard's legs. She sneaked over as quietly as she was able and launched a stomp to the side of the Immortal's left knee, intending to break it or at least throw him off balance.

It builds like a tidal wave, slow at the beginning, yet unstoppably massive at its consummation. For Tarran and Dominique it's a buzz at the edge of your psychic senses, an unfamiliar tune being played from far away. It builds, consuming you senses one by one until the sheer enormity of the psychic sound is all you can feel and hear. Dominique drops her rifle and covers both ears, a futile gesture in the face of the extrasensory blast. Tarran does the same, squeezing his eyes shut and gritting his teeth.
The mental blast hits James like a trainwreck, putting him on all fours after a half second of exposure. The ring lighting, covered in a thin layer of waxy grime from the corpses and rot begins to flicker to life as the electrical pressure mounts.
Jordan, Harry, and Ashely are effected differently, more severely. The ambient energy shorting out implants, and more essential technology... Cogent thought becomes difficult as the lighting begins to brighten, the EM energy being channeled through Taric strong enough to cause more than slight cascade malfunctions. Harry has the heaviest combat training, and he's wearing a full helmet, providing slight insulation against the ambient.
