Dom grunted in frustration as she lost track of the Immortal and put her gun away for the moment. All right, where are you you bastard? you hiding or somethin'? She tried sending out another psionic probe, and if she found the guy he was getting a kick the stomach and a knee to the face for his troubles.

Continue bleeding out very slowly.

You can move you know, you'll just take damage every time you roll a 2 or below for a movement based action.
I know. But I just don't have any good moves, really. It's better to just wait it out.

Unknown to most but the insane and the mystics, Tarran is actually Earth itself, as Earth is sentient like that planet in Avatar. Originally Earth used names such as Terra on the internet, but to protect it's identity it changed letters, now becoming the Tarran you know today.

Tarran has the "Tarran Bug", a bug which causes the affected character to repeatedly hit teammates while dual-wielding instead of whatever the hell he is shooting at.

Like Doom Lazors? :3

...just as long as they don't start on an enemy. If they do, they'll rip us to pieces.

I see that now.

TARRAN YOU IDIOT!

*Slaps Tarran twice*

Well let's put it this way, if you put together the info, get good rolls for your non-combat skills, and have the logic skillz of a drunken hamster you'll get a nice little toy* to crush the opposition with.

If not then... well you have to crush opposition to get the toy, and judging from the way this fight is going that means some of you will die.

Hint: It... Nah, you guys don't want hints do you?

And I'll take the hint.

Well most of the time it does make an appearance in science fiction as a glorified form of plate and mail, my concept of it has always been somewhat different since starship troopers* was among the first Sci-Fi novels I read.

*I swear to god if you compare the book to the movie I will tear your ass off, set in on fire, and shove it down your heathen throat.

... *Sigh*

Let me see if it's public domain yet...

No... Let me check the Elibrary.

Here we are. http://www.onread.com/reader/1414533/ (If it gives you error just x it off and wait five seconds, it should work fine.)

You didn't compare the two, so I won't kill you. Still it's rather sad that you saw the movie before reading the book, I swear that movie was made by people who HATED the novel.

judging from the way this fight is going that means some of you will die.

In other words: Only Taric and Ashley are going to survive since Dom and James are in too close and Tarran's going to bleed out.

No no, I mean that if you try and Rambo through the base some of you'll die. This fight you were meant to get out of with only mild injuries, it was test of the new baddies as well as helping develop maps ::) movement tactics, and under-the-hood fighting changes.
