4. Have him hallucinate a host of anklebiters that are all singing the same song a billion times.

Serious has the right of it, Wolfchild can either enter as a [Redacted] With no [Redacted] but with additional [Redacted]. Or He/She (Never can get that one's gender straight) can enter at the beginning of the next chapter.
