"Yeah, I don't trust a random voice over the radio either," Dom said as she stopped next to Taric. "You OK, James?" she asked the man. "We'll get you taken care of ASAP. For now we need to get the hell out of here before any more weird shit happens. Which way are we going, boss?" If Tarran didn't have an idea she'd suggest they keep going north... and keep an eye out for Teague, but who knew where he'd disappeared to in all the confusion?

"I have no idea."

Also, I think I know where the voice is. It's probably above the rainclouds, in the top part of this MASSIVE FOREST canopy.

They are already with you (Should have listed that in location changes.), and that rain is radioactive. Which wouldn't be as much of a problem if you had a leech. This could have been explained by the redhead of exposition had you stayed in town for more than five minutes.  >:(

Radiation is still in the μSv range but that will change rapidly as the downpour increases.

"I have no idea."

Also, I think I know where the voice is. It's probably above the rainclouds, in the top part of this MASSIVE FOREST canopy.

Wrong Direction, the canopy itself deflates and inflates (Complicated and clunky to meta explain) and so it would be very hard to store anything large up there.

Well, we were kinda on a mission, you know. Normal people don't do stupid things like spend hours doing nothing but talking when they're doing a IMPORTANT JOB.

Ahh, so in the ground then.

You don't have to, Everyone but James has a fairly high tolerance for radiation*. Just saying that you can't stay out here forever.

Also, for those interested parties the original species of Hura Bombum was Hura Crepitans

*Also, I'm playing radiation straight so even a dose of say... 6.5 GY (640[10^6] μSv) Would take about week to manifest the usual Severe leukopenia, high fever, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dizziness and disorientation, Hypotension, etc

EXACTLY, rushing off to find a talking ship (While touching) wasn't what I expected. I Expected to be able to get you guys slightly more prepared (Read, wearing something other than basic armor and having some clue what you were doing) before you went after this one.

Oh well. Ignorance is fun. Or perhaps Fin in this case.

I'd imagine our radio-bastard is actually IN our ship judging from some of the stuff s/he's said and the fact it's in out of the rain. :-\

Well... Right now you're only getting μSv every minute or so, just don't get stuck in when it really starts raining. (μSv = 10^-6 of a Rad.)

One is curious,

 1. Should I run the next turn right now since I've got time OR should I wait for Trol Again?

 2. Should I just tell you how the bloody forest works now OR should I set up a captain exposition moment later on?
