"Dammit guys, stop tripping on your own feet!" Help Teague up and continue running. Over hearing Taric's radio: "There must be a jammer... some asshole must have set all this up!"

I should point out that there is a very real chance that you will run past the colony. Doing so could be fatal to one or more of you.
Oh... goody. I really hope I don't roll any 6s or 5s next turn.

Hmmm... actually, even if I did, I'd likely get back anyway due to my amazing dexterity. So I don't think I have much to worry about.

There must be a jammer... some asshole must have set all this up!

Considering you know next to zilch that is a shockingly good guess, I will tell you that it is neither the Technocracy, the Unchained, nor the colonists making the jamming signal.

Of course I could be lying, but where would the fun in that be?

Find the colony, then run to it!

Don't roll a one. Please, I don't know what I would do without weaponized porn in my RTD.

"Someone set this all up" was what I was referring to actually, the fact that something was jamming the signal isn't a staggering leap of intuition, the fact the situation you're in is a setup is.

Well, if anything is jamming anyone at the same time they're getting attacked and they have no way to get help, there's a 85 or something percent chance that it's a setup, as a general rule of almost all games. :P

True enough, though this was not meant specifically meant for you untidy lot. That is most of the last I'll say on the matter for fear of revealing spoilers in my own game.

...Hmmmm, that must mean that whoever set this up considers someone else more dangerous than us. We'll show them that they're wrong via insane people, through-a-door-killing, pronz attacks, and smashy angry girls. :P

James continued to run. He tried to pick up the speed (after being embarrassingly picked up by a team member) and for the love of god, he tried not to trip again.

I'd like to redo my action.

James frantically ran as fast as he could to the colony. But for the love of God, he was trying really hard not to trip!

All:

James frantically ran as fast as he could to the colony. But for the love of God, he was trying really hard not to trip!
Run to the colony
"Dammit guys, stop tripping on your own feet!" Help Teague up and continue running. Over hearing Taric's radio: "There must be a jammer... some asshole must have set all this up!"
Find the colony, then run to it!
"Come on, on your feet!" Dom yelled as she caught up to James. She wrapped a fist in the back of his jumpsuit and hauled him upright, then gave him a slight push forward to get him going again and began running herself.

[Intuition rolls 2,2,2,2 (Random my perky buttcheeks. >.>)] Everyone except Tarran yells "This way!" and breaks in different directions, running for where you're sure the colony is. Tarran Keeps running down the initial path, [Dex 5+1] moving like the wind to wherever it leads. [Luck 6] Which by a strange twist of fate happens to be the base of a pylon that supports the wall around the Hensfield. Good job, you fond the colony, now just to get the rest of your group together before they get devoured and then find a way inside the wall.

Trol doesn't make it far before he feels a slight tingle in his fingers, reminiscent of what went through him when he made the shockwave. Then exhaustion hits him like a hammer, nearly driving him to his knees. (-50 Stamina) Your head is spinning, your hands shake, and you feel a dire need to puke on something.

As soon as he left the path Taric stopped maintaining the pyrokinetic barrier, his strength was fading and if he passed out he may have never risen again.

Each of you is alone, able to hear the rest of the group but lost in the forest of stalks. If something finds you all you'll have is yourself, the thought is enough to make any of you wish that you'd hesitated a second before running off in the direction you were sure the settlement lay.

---

Devouring Swarm

Sensing the other fainter scents leave the swarm orients exclusively on James, moving to finish what it started.

Swarm will reach james next turn.

Warning: James Health below 50%

Taric is fatigued
Trol is exhausted

Dominique reached out kinetically again, searching specifically for Tarran and Taric. One of those two surely would have reached the settlement, she was sure, and if she got a lock on one of them she would head right there. Otherwise, she would head back the way she came and try to figure out which way everyone had went.

My kinetic sonar will work eventually. :3

Dominique turned towards the sound of Tarran's voice. "Coming, boss," she yelled back, then ran in the direction his voice had come from.

"Hey guys, I've found the wall! Get over here!"

Try to feel my way along the wall until I find an entrance. Attempt to help my friends by calling out to them.
