Taric do you still want to try and make Trol feel like a centerfold?

I have no clue, I roll as I go. Just want to make sure you want to make him try to feel like a porn mag when he's got a shotgun with a pointy piece of metal on the end as well as a mindbar.

"Trol, if you shoot Taric, you know he has permission to shoot back, right? Also, be a gentleman, no guns, we're eating here."

Spoiler: Initiative roll (click to show/hide)

Emergency, All: The group settles in to to eat and chat, Taric and Trol get ready for a round of psychic one-upmanship, Dom and Saun talk girl-talk that has a startling number of broken bones in it, and Tarran eats and tries to keep order. All in all it was probably the most normal moment you guys have had since that morning back earth.

Fate sees fit to shatter it with flashing warning lights and a very Very Loud intercom, and the Matriarch's voice rings clear throughout the entire facility. "All Unchained staff report to the garage section immediately, prepare your items and stations for emergency evacuation." static squeals and the intercom fades.

You wonder what the hell you did in a previous life to piss off the big man.

You are no longer hungry.

Grand-Arbiter Jordan Yule, on board Archangel class cruiser Michael. Communications deck.

It had been a couple of hours, first he had to politely ask the captain why exactly important information couldn't be delivered by someone competent, then there was that problem with editing the messenger's brain to remove the stuttering problem. Difficult, but worth it meant the the fool would be able to deliver a coherent sentence. Now communications said they'd picked something up, something he needed to see personally. The tech as female, and appeared so completely absorbed in her work as to not notice him. "Now, I'm here. What is it?
The woman nearly jumped out of her skin when the Grand-Arbiter spoke, regaining her composure be degrees. "Ah yes S-sir." Merciful God, this one stuttered too. She continued, rushing but thankfully not stuttering anymore. He hated stuttering. "We've been looking into all of the routine communications from the colonized planets as you requested, and someone put a distress signal onto the tail end of one the 'All is well' transmissions from one of the moons of Zeus."
A sudden cold feeling formed in Arbiter Yule's chest. "Which moon specifically?"
The woman scrolled the logs again, enlarging one. "Mahdavi, a Deviant colony moon. Semi-developed, a few outposts.
Of course, it had to be one of the three research colonies. "Any Audio or visual information?"
She shakes her head. "No sir. There was an audio but it got scrambled during transmission, barely enough left to tell that there was anything."
The Grand-Arbiter nodded, this was a place to start at least. "Well done, if you find anything else, tell me."

With that Jordan Yule left, he needed to inform the captain that the course had been changed.

"Damnit, it's always somethin'," Dom said, pushing away her plate. She checked her weapons and armor. Satisfied she had them all correctly placed, she drew her Abassy and headed for the door, stacking up on the left side. Just an emergency evac? Are there hostiles in here or what? It was probably better to assume there were. After Tarran went through, she fell into step behind him, keeping her eyes on the left for enemies.

1. I'd rather not mess up whatever sick plan you have in mind. 2. Controlling an enemy would give us extra man/womanpower. 3. Most likely, controlling an NPC is easier
