Your actions are logged, lot's of fun and amazing things are happening while you all are... asleep on the field of victory.
Okay, new content/mechanics for Chapter 2
-The jungle (Which is cool beyond words) outside of the Unchained outpost
-Vehicle Travel
-Brand new armor system* so you can eventually pummel through somebody, they can pummel through you
-Powder's character gets introduced
-My character gets introduced
-Ze Spy's character may get introduced (All depends on him)
Added content by request,
-Nubile NPCs pulled straight from old film noir and old science fiction. (Pretty, perpetually torn clothing, you know.)
-Some forewarning before boss fights
Now, chapter 1 was slightly longer than the prologue, so you should have more of an opinion now. Same drill, what did you like, dislike, and want to beat my head into my shoulders for?

Armor
Armor has a health rating, your armor taking damage is usually a good thing because it means that you aren't taking that damage. The better the armor, the more health it has in general. So,
Light body armor health is 50, Medium is 100, and heavy is 150
Armor can soak 20% of its current health, and will soak a minimum of 5% of it's base health. Making a low armor roll will reduce the amount of damage that is soaked by the armor, and any damage that isn't soaked goes straight to you. Making a high armor roll will decrease the damage of the shot, so less damage to the armor.
So light body armor can take 10 damage off of a single shot when it's at pristine condition, while the heavy can soak 30 damage of a single shot.
Armor also has encumbrance, which will be indicated by a single digit. This number is subtracted from your observation, dodge, and mobility bonus rolls. (I.e you have a dex of 6 and a dodge of 4, Normally you would always get a +1 to your dodging. If you were wearing heavy body armor (Enc 6) you would have no chance at all of getting +1 to your dodge roll)
