Meh, I don't plan on dual wielding all that often, the bonus isn't worth lowering my ability to snipe, so it's either the second or nothing.

And 1/3 chance to hit an ally isn't worth the 1/3 chance to hit a random enemy, heck, it likely makes me worse, so, None.
