Uh... not going to work.

Passive empathetics is the instinctive control and cognizance of electron flow, something like altering involuntary responses works (I.e Your heartbeat) but actually mending tissue is a different barrel Fun. You could use active kinetics to make a patch, essentially a really advanced version of Morgan's brace, but that requires constant focus.

(Also, passive anything will never be good for anything that  has the word "Use" in it, it's a subconscious thing.)

Dom gathered up all the Abassy ammo she could find, then reloaded her chimeras. She put those away where she could easily reach them and picked up a small gray box. "What the hell is this?" she said, looking at the lock. "Hey, Taric, catch. Maybe you can figure this one out." She tossed it underhand towards the hacker, to make it easier to catch, then went about trying to get some medium armor off of a corpse.

I don't think Dom could have heard the Deadeye if he was wheezing, but at least it makes sense for her to do that.
