Sorry for the delay, I'm having trouble deciding on my military renovation choice for this age. I think I've decided on the basics, so my turn shouldn't take too much longer.

IronyOwl: That forest is in my domain. Please let me have first go at trading with the NPCs in it, to avoid expensive bidding contests. (Establishing contact is fine.)

Vanigo: Horses are really cheap by this point. Do basic cavalry have any disadvantages compared to infantry with the same equipment?

Nirur: Fair point. I don't think just asking them about trading terms will harm anything, but I could be wrong. NPCs have been known to have different stances towards different players, as you're well aware, but I'm not sure if that's because lemon found them first or something else.

The kitchenette mold free, you move on to the pantry. it's nasty in there. The bacon is grazing on the lettuce. The ham is having an illicit affair with the prime rib, The potatoes see all, know all. A rat in boxer shorts smoking a foul smelling cigar is banging on a cabinet shouting about rent money.

I'm fairly sure that's because the dark elves were trading with them, and poisoned them against me.

Ah, that makes sense.

Ahra, we're doing the lumber/leather for iron ingots trade this turn, right? I mean, there's no real reason not to.

Okay, multi-day power outages suck. Looks like no-one was waiting on me too much, though.

Nirur: Not really. Maybe there should be, but I don't have any in there.

Maybe heavier armor could slow/weaken/require weaker/stronger types of horse/mount?

Or maybe doubling the armor requirements so your horse can have some too.

Okay, how about this. Are any of those techs I already have or am likely to get very soon? If so, you could trade me for it, and then you could research alchemical metallurgy in its place.
If you trade me metallurgy, ill step up my schedule for researching alchemical metallurgy, and give you 4 (free) labor worth of alloy making assuming you give me the ingredients.
My research schedule will go like this, Homesteading->Alchemy->Alchemical Metallurgy
Still thinking about this. On a related subject, what do you want to buy those dire boars through your roads/connections?
A answer to the tech trading question before the turn is over is nice, because if you won't trade me then my research schedule will be different (no answer before the end of the turn will be assumed to be a no).
For the boars: dunno, how about 1 magic gem (any type besides pearls)?

I suppose I'll say yes.

On that note, I believe I'll be needing a lot more than four labor's worth. The desired product is pretty simple, so you might even be able to get more than one per labor, but I believe I'll require 20 units of it.

For the boars: dunno, how about 1 magic gem (any type besides pearls)?
That'll work. I won't be able to afford their price (1 ingot, 1 armor, 1 weapon, I think?) for a bit, though.

I will supply as much labor as you are able to afford/pay for, as fast as necessary.

Antagonists (you know who you are), if you haven't given orders for this turn, please do so.

I just now remembered that I never did think of a name for my storm colony. Hrm.

Poke, update please. Have all the Antagonists done their turns yet? Or are we still waiting on them?

One of the antagonists hasn't sent me anything yet, but I think I'm just going to skip him this turn unless he gets something in soon.
