Actually, I guess I was always getting all sorts of ideas, but I don't think I can/should get twenty custom items involving Body Enhancement, and it's hard to settle on what I actually want. >_>
To help you narrow it down, the program I made for combat doesn't really support a unit's stats changing mid-battle. (I mean, I can do it manually, but it'd be a pain.) So, weakening effects attached to attacks, or proximity to a unit, or whatever aren't likely to happen.

Hm, that's unfortunate. I figured "applied to first unit they attacked" or somesuch would be fine, but I guess that is a bit different from the orbs.

I guess that makes my choices for enfeebling either the anti-magic orbs, or presumably improved mundane orbs made of/coated with hardened life flower sap or whatever.

Also, you still need to finish your sentence on what the dire boar people would be. :P

The kitchenette mold free, you move on to the pantry. it's nasty in there. The bacon is grazing on the lettuce. The ham is having an illicit affair with the prime rib, The potatoes see all, know all. Right. They'd be willing to trade boars for pegasi, or for one unit each of iron weapons, iron shields, and iron ingots.

Beastpennable boars or equipment boars? Same question for the pegasi they want.

Also, those drakes Nirur found, are they pack-drakes or something else?

Nirur, what do you say to a mock-battle, having our 4 strongest units have a fight (not to the death) somewhere on the middle river (no naval units however), with the winner getting 20 gold?
Hmm. That looks like a fairly even battle, but I can't afford to risk any money, and dislike the idea of damaging my strongest troops.

I'm curious about how powerful First Strike is. How about a one-on-one fight between Pikegnomes and Elemental Vanguards? I'll bet an earth jade against a sun amber. The 'battle' can take place in the neutral town with the sky diamonds. Spectators should boost their economy a bit, so they should accept it.
I'm fine with the battle taking place in town next turn, as long as your general with a bonus in town combat isn't in the battle (i'm fine with you using your other general there though, presuming my general is there as well).
However, sky diamond vs sun amber seems a better bet to me.

Because the solution to not being able to control your dakka is MOAR DAKKA.

That's it. We've finally crossed over and become the nation of Da Orky Boyz.

Three things, mostly relevant to lemon10:

1. If I take the dire boar trade, what would you want as a toll?

2. I don't especially want to interrupt gnomish trading agreements, but I'd also be willing to trade sky diamonds for sun amber. What are each of you using the gems for, and how much longer are you likely to keep trading them?

3. Does anyone need any manufacturing done? It's looking like I might have excess labor for sale.

1: it depends on if you get a beast pen beast, or a non-beast pen beast, not quite sure what the toll for either would be yet
2: I am using sky diamonds for wind bound shields/bucklers, and maybe wind charms in the future. I am getting 1/3 per turn from the human town, and 1/2 per turn from nurir (getting a life flower every other turn instead of the sky diamond). We will be trading them for the forseeable future since I need a sky diamond for every unit, that said, I have no problem alternating getting sky diamonds from between you and nirur
3: hm... don't really need any done, sorry

IronyOwl: I just like stockpiling magic things? I'll figure out something to do with them once I get infusion (And airships. I'm not sure what I'll need for those. I might need the Sun Amber for solar power.) I'll probably try to trade in such a way that I have balanced amounts of gems. Slightly related, I could probably use powdered Fire Rubies as gunpowder if I can't make that next age. Yay for magical explosives.

I'm currently at negative iron. I'd really really like to export the smelting to someone with the proper building.

Lemon10: I don't think I agreed to a life flower every other turn. Their rarity makes them more valuable then other gems.
I don't want to bet away my last sky diamond, and would rather have no generals at the mock battle.

Right, sorry about that. 1 life flower + 1 springwater pearl for 6 smelted iron sounds like the best deal to me.

Ahra, I'm in a good mood today, so I'm going to warn you beforehand: Your supply range is 3, and the orc city is 5 squares away. Your units would take a bunch of damage just getting to the city. (The orcs don't have the range to reach you normally, either; that's why they're using galleys - they extend the range of the units they carry.)

You didn't I just presumed that you would alternate between me and Irony.

Your not betting away your last sky diamond, since the battle is taking place next turn.

Two problems with that. The first is that galleys still need to be equipped to units to do anything, so just making a bunch isn't enough. Raising units equipped with galleys and nothing else would work, but you'd still be limited to raising 2/turn.

The second is that units can't move on the turn they're created, so even if you raise two otherwise unequipped galleys this turn, you still can't use them to move your troops until next turn (you've still got the order to attack listed at the bottom).

Also, mostly unrelated, but your jewelry's workshop collapsed. You don't get any more free jewelry until you rebuild it.
