A few questions on how to get around the rule of no direct equipment upgrading or assigning specialists to trained units:

1a) If a unit is retired, is all equipment returned to the stockpile?
1b)   If so, can it be immediately used on the turn the unit is retired?
2a) If equipment is upgraded/exchanged, is the old equipment returned to the stockpile?
2b)   If so, can it be immediately used on the turn the unit is retired?
Yes, except for specialists, which vanish.

You dissapeared my view of the human settlement.
Secondly, you didn't give me stone production for last turn. Not your fault at all since i didn't put it in my resource production/consumption section, it would be nice if I could get it anyways.
Thirdly, I assume that the dye up north is a regular luxury? (I would have asked sooner, but would have been pointless due to me not having the tech to colonize it).
Fourthly, you didn't disband my spearmen group #2 like i asked for.

EDIT: question, could i get a group of regular soldiers to explore a tile, then get a cartographer to cartograph a tile on the same turn?

Because the solution to not being able to control your dakka is MOAR DAKKA.

That's it. We've finally crossed over and become the nation of Da Orky Boyz.

Yeah, I'll have to go back and figure out how much stone you guys are supposed to have.
And dye is a normal luxury, yeah.

Edit: Cripes, Ahra, nine turns of not getting stone, and you're just now noticing? And lemon10, it looks like I forgot you already spent the stone for that wall last turn.

On that topic, my wool stash is invisible. I don't think it matters, though, unless you're going to introduce woolen sails or something in age 4. I'm pretty sure I'll have 20 by the end of age 4 if not, unless my people fail to invent iron working.

Have you been working a third hill? I thought you were at zero, since you've been using one to make clothes and trading one to the humans.

Ah, oops. I thought Copperflow was producing wool.

So then ... What are they doing with that useless wool from their two hills? (Not that I'm complaining, and I'm sure that I'd be able to easily meet future production demands if/when they arise.)

The kitchenette mold free, you move on to the pantry. it's nasty in there. The bacon is grazing on the lettuce. The ham is having an illicit affair with the prime rib, The potatoes see all, know all. The two westernmost coast tiles match if you use an image editor with layers and switch which layer is in front.
Spoiler: Map (click to show/hide)

New idea for future AoR incarations using this world map style: Flip the maps around so that everybody appears to be on the northern coast.

Oh my, you might be right.

As to the map tiles, that'd just be mean, since you'd have to disorient someone by flipping them around to have a coherent map. Though, it did occur to me that we might be on a Mediterranean-style map, rather than the single continent/island you would assume.

It probably won't affect your turn, but do note that there's a 1-turn delay between raising the settlers and actually founding the colony, similar to how there's a gap between raising a military unit and sending it out to explore.

Of course, the only thing that really affects is you won't get the colony's shipments next turn.

Just like to note that the iron weapons were not added to my stockpile.

Edit : Also, I have Guilds on my list but not Currency, which it requires.
