Still doesn't work. You're enchanting armor, which costs 1.5 labor, and making amulets, which costs 1.5 labor, but you've only allocated 2 labor between the two of them. Halved labor costs don't round off; spending half-points of labor is entirely doable.

Because the solution to not being able to control your dakka is MOAR DAKKA.

That's it. We've finally crossed over and become the nation of Da Orky Boyz.

Spoiler: Sidamaru (click to show/hide)
GM confused. Success!

(I suppose by "growth expected" you mean "I expect to win this battle, raising my prosperity enough to cause growth"?)
I got confused and did not update my needed prosperity. Partial Failure, but it worked out alright in the end.

I kinda hate to upgrade such experienced troops, but I think the Lozanth Scouts deserve an upgrade ... Eh, maybe later

Victory! And Sky Diamonds! Victory and Sky Diamonds! Yes!

Edit: I did increase the food I ate to get enough morale without the victory.
Is the colony garrison not recovering health correct?

Er, what? If the question is "Why isn't the turn up", I wanted to give IronyOwl time to do his RP, and then I passed out watching Mythbusters and went to bed early. It'll be up later today.

Aw, sorry for causing the delay then.

In other news, I'm mildly offended that nobody else has signed up yet. I don't even mind having only five players, it's just the principle. >:(

The kitchenette mold free, you move on to the pantry. it's nasty in there. The bacon is grazing on the lettuce. The ham is having an illicit affair with the prime rib, The potatoes see all, know all. A rat in boxer shorts smoking a foul smelling cigar is banging on a cabinet shouting about rent money.

I don't have the time personally. :(

And probably because it's a bit more daunting than most games here (by like 600%) and it's progressed a large deal, a bit difficult for a newcomer to come in, don't you say?

Interesting. Could you clarify how firehawks work? I don't know what dependent does and I'm curious whether the base unit is upgradeable.

Also, you gave me an extra beast pen.

So, the rules on dependent units:
A dependent unit is one which can't operate without a unit with the special ability to support it. Usually, these units are trained beasts or summoned creatures. The support unit is usually assigned the dependent unit in place of a primary weapon. If for any reason you have more dependent units than corresponding support units, the excess units are destroyed. Dependent units cannot increase in level and usually cannot be assigned equipment.
Trained beasts work as follows: A unit of trained beasts is made at the corresponding beast pens and equipped to a normal unit in place of a primary weapon. They are then attached to the support unit and cannot be separated. If the support unit is destroyed in combat, the beasts continue fighting until the current battle is over, then scatter and return to the wild. If the beast unit is destroyed, the support unit can be assigned a new one of the same type with no level loss.
Summoned creatures are a bit different. They do not exist outside of battle, and are created fresh - and at full health - at the start of combat. It is of little consequence if they are destroyed; the summoners can create a new unit next battle. However, if the summoners are destroyed or routed, the summoned creatures vanish immediately. Some summoned creatures may be required to stay within a certain distance of the summoners.

I guess. Plus, I don't know how many non-players actually follow this game.

Oh wow, those are expendable. Innnnteresting...

How do the support/dependent units' stats affect each other? Would mage-specialist support units increase their flamehawks' attack? Can beast units be equipped or otherwise upgraded where appropriate?

As a rule, what you see is what you get. The support unit may get "+1 to supported unit's attack" and such at higher levels, however, and you can expect to see specialists with similar effects.

A few questions on how to get around the rule of no direct equipment upgrading or assigning specialists to trained units:

1a) If a unit is retired, is all equipment returned to the stockpile?
1b)   If so, can it be immediately used on the turn the unit is retired?
2a) If equipment is upgraded/exchanged, is the old equipment returned to the stockpile?
2b)   If so, can it be immediately used on the turn the unit is retired?
