lemon10: What would you want for some sun amber, and are you still interested in advanced armor?
For advanced armor (either 1 heavy, or 2 light), I would trade you: 1 metal ore, 10 gold, the same amount of leather you use, and a sun amber.
Seems a bit steep, considering that you're stockpiling them, and that I have no particular need/use for them.
Don't think that it's really that bad for you, since its 2.5 labor for 10 gold and a sun amber, not much benefit to you either really since you don't have much use for sun amber but I'm not really willing to pay that much more for the armor (maybe give you a extra metal per armor?).
I'm not really stockpiling them either anymore, since I am trading all the sun amber I am making away to Nirur at this point, and although I do have a stockpile, each new melee/mage unit that I make chews through two of them.

Because the solution to not being able to control your dakka is MOAR DAKKA.

That's it. We've finally crossed over and become the nation of Da Orky Boyz.

And I'll trade you up to the 6 silver you first mentioned. I could also turn the silver into spirit lanterns first, though I'd want more gems for that.
Sorry, I changed my mind, as I'll probably have windmills soon enough, and now only want to trade one gem for two silver.
I'd rather not export two Earth Jade a turn, and I'd like to stockpile a few more Sun Amber, so are you willing to trade two silver for one Springwater Pearl this turn? (By sea, since the pair of galleys should be enough to safely escort this.)

On that note, I'm considering 2 sky diamonds for 3 springwater pearls this turn. Thoughts?
As the world's leading producer of Sky Diamonds, I see no need to import more at the present time.

Deal works for me. And it stands still open for the next few turns too.

Ahra, since you are stockpiling furs, how about a trade of 1 spice for 1 fur per turn?
Ahra: How about a trade of either 1 heavy armor, or 2 light armor for: 3 metal ore, the same amount of leather ore you use and 10 gold?

I don't have any problem with you not accepting ahra, but a response would be nice.

The kitchenette mold free, you move on to the pantry. it's nasty in there. The bacon is grazing on the lettuce. The ham is having an illicit affair with the prime rib, The potatoes see all, know all. A rat in boxer shorts smoking a foul smelling cigar is banging on a cabinet shouting about rent money.

but the furs are ok.
Well, then, I presume that we are trading that this turn then.

Also, KERBUMBLE.

lemon10 knows where yours is, so he can contact and trade with you even though you don't know where his is.

I propose a ban on extra cities. Vanigo has enough to deal with without doubling the number of cities he has to manage.

I will sadly have to agree if "extra cities" means exactly what it says. Something a bit more reasonable, like colonies that have a small labor pool to spend on various things (or just export back home) rather than just automatically producing set resources, might still be viable though.

On that note, I'm wondering if we need a better way for Vanigo to process all this. Going Fallen Imperium's route and rewarding other players for catching mistakes might or might not allow Vanigo to completely ignore actual calculations most of the time.

Also, on the subject of suggesting things, I propose demonic portals, overseas invaders, or similar catastrophes if the game gets too peaceful or predictable.

Since he's not posting in Fallen Imperium either, I'd assume this is more an issue of him being busy/unavailable in general.

Also, nobody has any comment on my proposal to rend the world with demonic invaders? I'd think that'd be a more polarizing subject. :P

I'm completely torn on that subject. On the one side, I'd mildly enjoy having the dark elves dig too deeply, or meddle in magic they shouldn't, and completely destroy their city, leaving some refugees to head for Xeniice. I could then accept with the tolerance and respect that hard-working people deserve. The paranoia over what I'm planning would destroy them inside. (The Kalron would, of course, give the city a cut of whatever profit they manage to make from the exotic people.)

The sane part of me realizes that being the closest to ground zero for that sort of thing really isn't something I should hope for.
