Meh, let one of us do it for him (and make sure that we don't purposely mess him up), do it yourself, or skip his turn. Those are the only three options i can see working (since no one seems to want to do it that isn't in the game).

That's it. We've finally crossed over and become the nation of Da Orky Boyz.

In the interests of moving the game along, I propose a turn for Ochita:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

I'm not entirely sure why he was building fishing villages instead of the cheaper farms, so my proposal involves building a temple instead of more farms and finishing that quarry.

He has an unlisted granary.

Was I supposed to see but not discover that white dot to the west?

That's those owlbears. I don't know why it wasn't on your map before, actually.

Ah. That would be because I didn't have that tile revealed before, presumably because the owlbears stopped me from really exploring it.

EDIT: Does "construction" include terrain improvements or just buildings?

It's both.

As for the map... guess I messed up a bit. Figured out an easier way to generate the maps, but apparently I didn't quite match the new ones up.

I like that governor bonus.

Question on troop upgrades: I believe that you've said that changing equipment reduces the level by 1. Is this all equipment? I wouldn't expect for upgrading to bronze arrows to require any extra training.

Yeah, any equipment changes reduce the level by 1 - those arrowheads are going to change the balance of the arrows, after all. (And also I want to discourage making a series of small upgrades.) Major equipment changes, like turning spearmen into archers, can't be done at all.

Some problems with peoples' turns:

Ahra, you can't make improved farms. You don't have The Plow. When I said you get it with Caste Specialties, I meant that once you research Caste Specialties, that's one of the techs you'll instantly receive.  Caste Specialties is a unique technology, not a free bonus. Also, your swiftfangs can't explore this turn.

lemon10, canoes take two labor and two wood, not one and one. Your military workshop doesn't help. And without Trade, you can't support a fourth unit anyway.

Ochita, you don't have trade; you can only support three units.
